By posting a promo on HypeDay, you agree to the following
✅ You must honor every posted promo
Once a promo is posted publicly, it must be honored for all customers who present it — whether they show the HypeDay app, screenshot your Instagram post, or mention it in person.
📸 Screenshots are permanent
Even if you delete an Instagram post, customers may have screenshots. If a promo was live even briefly, you're expected to honor it. We recommend adding to your posts: "Must show HypeDay app or post to claim. Promo subject to change — check app for current offers."
⚠️ Cancel before you post, not after
If you need to cancel or change a promo, do it in the app before your post goes live. Once customers have seen it, it's too late to pull it without risking complaints.
🔔 Customer feedback counts
Customers can flag businesses that don't honor promos. Multiple reports may result in account review, temporary suspension, or removal from the platform. HypeDay admins have final say.
